We would never use a jig with lesser quality hooks, and we don't
expect you to either! That is why our jigs are poured on razor sharp
Mustad Ultra Point hooks, powder coated and cured for great
durability, then topped off with high quality silicone skirts in color
choices that most anglers just can't find. Most (if not all) other jig
companies have 40 strands in their jig skirts, our jigs feature an 80
strand skirt. This gives the bait a more natural look and adds more
bulk. These jigs skirts can be thinned down to suit your needs but
the 80 strand skirt has become very popular and is just another
reason why Thunderstruck Jigs are the best jigs available.
